Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train parking attendants to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting performance standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to parking attendants to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the parking facility, including ensuring that equipment is in good working condition and reporting any malfunctions for prompt repairs.
  • Conduct training sessions for new parking attendants and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Ensure that parking services are provided in a safe and efficient manner, following company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Pass Motor Vehicle Record Check according to our insurance standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:

The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. The worker can be exposed to extreme heat/cold temperatures.

Pay Rate: $18 - 20 / hour
