Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the hotel's breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests in the breakfast area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Ensure quality control of menus, including cleanliness and appearance.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables/hotel spaces per guest request or management instruction.
  • Accommodate special requests made by guests or offer alternatives.
  • Communicate with other departments regarding in-house VIPs and special requests/needs.
  • Support beverage and food service areas, including washing dishes, restocking equipment, and performing side work duties.
  • Answer telephones according to standards.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in all applicable departments.
  • Carry out cashiering functions, including closing checks and end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties according to station rotation assignment.
  • Answer questions about the hotel, its brand standards, guest expectations, and local area attractions.
