Job Description

We are looking for a Child and Family Advocate to join our team at Westhab Inc.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 per year

This role requires a strong understanding of child and family dynamics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored support plans
  • Facilitate group and individual sessions to promote healthy relationships and coping skills
  • Collaborate with community agencies to secure necessary resources and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed

Requirements:

  • LMSW degree from a fully accredited program
  • At least two years' experience in child and family services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
