Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at St. George Village. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage resident care, including resident assessments, medication administration, and care planning.
- Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure excellent resident care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, including therapy, pharmacy, and hospice services.
- Implement resident care plans and modify them as needed based on changes in resident condition.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Current Georgia LPN license with at least two years of related experience.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
- Current CPR training required.
