- Conduct weekly sales meetings to highlight training topics, recognitions, achievements, and opportunities for sharing best practices.
- Recommend appropriate formal or informal training for ongoing learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in leading sales teams within a goal-oriented environment.
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities.
- A strong passion for Digital and Social Media, with a keen desire to learn and adapt quickly.
- Prior experience in digital advertising/marketing is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for selling concepts.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others effectively.
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the minimum liability insurance required by law.
