Job Summary

Toyota Industries North America, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for managing and performing audit engagements, evaluating management controls and compliance to internal policies, and reporting findings to senior management and TICO Internal Audit department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and perform audit engagements, including planning, execution, and wrap-up activities.
  • Evaluate management controls and compliance to internal policies, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with management teams to act as a consultant for process and internal control improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in process and internal control improvement initiatives, including remediation efforts for related controls.
  • Provide compliance support for scoped companies in the areas of internal controls, enterprise security, risk, and exposure.
  • Assist in the development of written procedures and ensure utilization of documented procedures within each department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, IT, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in IT audits, with two to three years in a senior or supervisor role.
  • Experience in SAP is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of audit and control frameworks, including COSO and COBIT.
  • Certified in Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and identify and remove barriers to process improvement/change.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently with latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.
Travel and Physical Demands

Ability to travel 25-30% and work in an open office environment with cubicles.
