Job Summary

The Phlebotomist III- Float is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Service Centers and Mobile units. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our team members, while also maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality results and excellent patient care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • 3+ years of experience in a PSC/IOP environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
