Case Management Director

UF Health seeks a skilled and experienced Case Management Director to lead our Case Management Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement case management policies and procedures
- Lead a team of case managers to provide high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance metrics
- Develop and manage departmental budgets
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida
- Master's degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of five years professional nursing practice experience
- National nursing certification required within six months of hire
- Certification in Case Management required within six months of hire
