Position Overview:

The Lead Financial Analyst, Planning & Analysis will play a pivotal role in a dynamic team dedicated to shaping the financial strategy of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in the formulation of annual budgets and regular forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) while developing business intelligence dashboards.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of projects aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Create sophisticated financial models, pinpoint critical issues, and present findings and alternatives to management succinctly.
  • Engage with staff at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
  • Provide executive leadership with timely and relevant ad hoc reports on significant matters.
  • Proactively assess data to uncover opportunities for enhancement and best practices.
  • Assist in the design, analysis, presentation, calculation, and reporting of commission plans.
  • Support due diligence efforts related to mergers and acquisitions, as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with a track record of advancement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex analyses.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong financial modeling expertise; experience with Adaptive Planning is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of delivering valuable project outcomes through both individual and collaborative efforts.
Competencies:
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working on a spectrum of projects, from high-level strategic initiatives to detailed analyses.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Work Environment:
  • This is a full-time position that allows for remote work when not traveling.
  • Minimal travel is required for training and meetings.
