Clinical Pathology Assistant needed to collaborate closely with the Medical Laboratory Director and pathologists in executing tissue grossing and managing all facets of laboratory operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless daily functioning of the lab with guidance and support from laboratory leadership.

Responsibilities & Oversight:
  • Operates under the supervision of the Medical Laboratory Director and Laboratory Executive Leaders
  • Directly oversees staff in the grossing section
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a NAACLS Accredited Pathologist Assistant Program
  • ASCP Certification or equivalent credential
  • At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
