Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Role Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician at Alta Mira, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. This role encompasses routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and the management of maintenance contracts to guarantee that our properties are consistently well-maintained.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
  • Lifting capacity of up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in operating maintenance tools and equipment
  • Clear vision and hearing capabilities

Essential Skills:

We seek individuals with a keen attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in maintenance or a related sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems
  • Execute work orders and perform necessary repairs
  • Oversee landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Manage office furniture and equipment
  • Coordinate repair tasks with external vendors
  • Undertake additional duties as required
