Job Summary

As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator at Array Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our physical plant. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in facilities maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to management.
  • Identify and report complex maintenance needs to management, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Assist in the management of facilities projects, including budgeting, quoting, and vendor management.
  • Recommend building improvements and upgrades to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Maintain the exterior of the property, including snow removal and general upkeep of the landscape.
  • Perform minor carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct monthly inspections of building safety systems, identifying potential hazards and reporting findings to management.
  • Operate, plan, and purchase tools and equipment required to maintain and repair the facility.
  • Assemble, repair, maintain, and move furniture and related fittings and fixtures, assisting in building layout planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Inspect facilities and grounds for safety and security, identifying potential risks and reporting findings to management.
  • Serve as liaison with facility vendors, ensuring timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience
  • Basic math abilities and strong problem-solving skills
  • Deadline-driven with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English language skills, with ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • U.S. citizenship or US permanent residency required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or related fields
  • Experience with CMMS programming software
  • Intermediate project management skills
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work inside or outside in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
