We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Contract and Administration Unit Lead. As a key member of the Bureau of Wastewater Treatment team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate large payments and contract procurement activities, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve our goals. You will also supervise a team of analysts and provide guidance on procurement procedures, ensuring that all contracts are compliant and up-to-date. Your Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate payments and procurement activities for the Bureau
- Provide guidance on procurement procedures to team members
- Ensure contract compliance and monitor progress

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of public works contracting methods and procedures. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four years of full-time experience in program evaluation, contract negotiations/management, business or public administration are required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
