RV Sales Associate-2 Job Description

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven RV Sales Associate to join our team. As an RV Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting a top-notch customer experience, selling new and used RVs, and working closely with our F&I team to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our RV products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our RVs.
  • Work closely with the F&I team to ensure seamless sales processes and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate.
  • Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
  • Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
  • Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based role with an estimated annual range of $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive an hourly rate in addition to variable compensation earned. All other states will receive minimum compensation equivalent to 150% of the applicable minimum wage, which offsets variable compensation.
