We are currently seeking a proficient Project Manager with extensive experience in glass and glazing or facade project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from contract acquisition to completion, ensuring all aspects such as RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation are handled effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, making informed decisions that drive project success.
  • Oversee project management tasks, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and efficient resource allocation.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, architects, and site personnel to foster strong relationships and ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience specifically in the Glass and Glazing or Commercial Facade sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing projects that include Storefronts, Window Walls, Curtainwalls, Sunshades, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylight installations.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and structural drawings to understand architectural intent.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional growth.
