Style Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Style Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment for our guests. You will be the face of Target, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests
• Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to guests
• Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and well-merchandised, with a focus on creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for guests
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment
• Provide support to guests with product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales and increase guest satisfaction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
