Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a domain expert in insurance data and analytics, advising on optimal data solutions.
  • Lead the delivery of analytics solutions tailored for various insurance carriers.
  • Design and implement data and analytics strategies across critical insurance functions, including Claims, Distribution, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Navigate the complexities of the insurance regulatory environment and market dynamics.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) to drive analytics initiatives.
  • Conduct client sessions to ascertain needs and deliver tailored recommendations.
  • Identify pain points, diagnose inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams to build relationships and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive business proposals and facilitate client workshops.
  • Manage RFP processes and collaborate with subject matter experts to create technical and business case studies.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams on data modeling, visualization, predictive analytics, and reporting.
  • Foster team development, managing expectations related to career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and maintain communication with delivery teams.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in delivering data management, analytics, and AI consulting engagements.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Expertise in delivering analytics solutions, including data engineering, reporting, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, architecting solutions, and benchmarking industry practices.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Python, and Power BI.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs and dual-shore engagements.
