Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer personalized financial solutions to build and deepen relationships.
  • Process routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Support the segmentation strategy by implementing sales and retention initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales, service, and operations goals.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of customer sales and service experience, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of all products and services offered by Webster Bank.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours, as needed.
What We Offer
