Pacific Medical Centers is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Specialist to join its dedicated clinical team in Bothell, Washington. This position focuses on providing comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 62 and older as part of the PacMed AdvantAge program. You will also coordinate with a specialized care team located at the Canyon Park clinic, offering integrated behavioral health services and patient-centered psychotherapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality primary care services to vulnerable patient populations throughout the Pacific Northwest.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care and address patients' physical and mental health needs.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to support patients' overall well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work, counseling, or mental health required.
  • Valid Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) by the Department of Health of the State of Washington required.
  • 2 years of clinical behavioral health care experience preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $73,029 to $96,574 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental, and retirement plans.
