Automotive Software Product Manager

Epsilon is in search of a talented Scrum Product Manager to enhance our team. In this position, you will work closely with diverse stakeholders to convert business needs into actionable user stories for our Scrum teams. If you possess a background as a Product Manager within an Agile framework, this role is an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements for new automotive initiatives
  • Utilize various techniques to elicit requirements
  • Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories
  • Establish quality attributes and nonfunctional requirements
  • Facilitate productive meetings and negotiations
  • Act as a Product Manager for Scrum teams
  • Provide support as a Scrum Master

Essential Skills:

  • Strong interviewing, analytical, and facilitation abilities
  • Proficient observational and modeling skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a business or requirements analyst position
  • A minimum of 1 year as a Product Manager on a Scrum team
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops is mandatory

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
