Position SummaryThe Senior Sales Representative will report directly to the National Director of Government Sales. This role is pivotal in securing accounts identified by the Inside Sales team through product demonstrations and negotiations, ensuring a seamless transition to Inside Sales for ongoing account management. Additionally, the representative will work to enhance sales presence within designated territories by expanding provider networks.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and close accounts at both customer and provider levels.
- Plan and execute cluster calls at various facilities, including Veterans and Sports venues.
- Participate in industry events such as trade shows and conferences to promote product awareness.
- Strong internal drive and urgency.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of intelligence and resourcefulness.
The success of the Senior Sales Representative will be measured through various key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Number of new patients acquired weekly.
- Number of new facilities engaged quarterly.
- Overall close rate of accounts.
- Daily engagement metrics.
- Monthly product demonstrations conducted.
Experience: A background in clinical settings, preferably in Nursing or Physical Therapy, is highly desirable.
Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, particularly within the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
- Experience in DME sales targeting Physical Rehabilitation and Pain Management sectors.
- Educational background in Physical Therapy, Nursing (RN/BSN), or Biomedical fields is advantageous.
Expected Earnings: $100,000 - $110,000 in the first year, including base salary and commission structure with no cap on earnings.
