Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, and business units to understand and meet their data and analytics needs.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of analytics initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, such as engineering, information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or operations research.
  • At least 8 years of experience in analytics, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in people leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver results.
  • Experience in data science is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • Knowledge of businesses with complex data, services, and distribution models.
