Element Materials Technology is seeking a highly skilled Chemist I or Chemist II to join our team at our Bend, OR location. As a member of our Extractables and Leachables (E&L) testing team, you will work in a cGMP-regulated environment, collaborating with senior staff members to complete E&L project work using internal methods, protocols, and SOPs.

• Prepare solutions and samples for laboratory analysis
• Perform various laboratory support functions, including data analysis and instrumentation operation
• Assist with advanced analytical techniques, such as GC-MS and LC-MS
• Work under the direction of a Team Lead and Chromatography Manager to complete project tasks
• Develop and maintain controlled procedures and participate in the continuous improvement of our Quality System

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Some experience (Chemist I) or 2 years of experience (Chemist II) in a laboratory setting, with cGMP experience preferred
• Prior experience with analytical techniques, such as LC-MS or GC-MS, required for Chemist II position
