Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Coordinator to join our Behavioral Health team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve patient outcomes, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including orientation, performance evaluations, and continuing education
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and unit operations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Active AZ or Compact RN License
- 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health care preferred
- CPR, BLS, and HWC certification within 90 days of hire
