Job Summary

The Medical Staff Office Assistant is a key member of our administrative team, responsible for coordinating medical staff activities, performing secretarial duties, and serving as a liaison between medical staff, nursing staff, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate medical staff meetings, events, and activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Medical Staff Services
  • Act as a liaison between medical staff, nursing staff, and administration
  • Perform secretarial duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a medical staff office preferred
  • Medical Terminology experience and CPCS Certification preferred
