Position Overview

We are currently in search of a part-time team member for our Levelland location to warmly welcome customers both in person and via phone. While prior experience in front desk or reception roles is advantageous, it is not a requirement. Qualified candidates can expect to be contacted for a phone interview. Excellent phone communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests with a warm welcome, both in person and over the phone.
  • Timely assist customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant departments.
  • Issue fuel cards for vehicles and manage sold units.
  • Organize and maintain keys for all vehicles, both new and used
    • Daily upkeep of key logs, including check-outs and returns.
    • Update vehicle locations in the system.
  • Report removed customer trade-in plates in the web-dealer system.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in front desk or reception roles.
  • Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with guests.
  • Highly organized with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with strong writing and grammar abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday afternoons, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
