Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests with a warm welcome, both in person and on the phone.
  • Timely assist customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the correct department.
  • Issue fuel cards for vehicles on the lot and for sold units.
  • Organize and maintain keys for all vehicles, both new and used.
    • Daily upkeep of the key log, including check-out and returns.
    • Update vehicle locations in the system.
  • Report removed customer trade-in plates in the web-dealer system.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in front desk or reception roles.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor when greeting guests.
  • Highly organized with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with strong writing and grammar abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday afternoons, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
