Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a warm welcome, both in person and on the phone.
- Timely assist customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the correct department.
- Issue fuel cards for vehicles on the lot and for sold units.
- Organize and maintain keys for all vehicles, both new and used.
- Daily upkeep of the key log, including check-out and returns.
- Update vehicle locations in the system.
- Report removed customer trade-in plates in the web-dealer system.
- Preferred experience in front desk or reception roles.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor when greeting guests.
- Highly organized with a desire for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
- Proficient in computer skills, with strong writing and grammar abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Monday to Friday afternoons, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
