We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour and Stage Production Manager to join our team at Live Nation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of live events, from setup to teardown.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate event details to production crew and in-house departments
  • Secure required passes and tickets, and prepare guest lists
  • Manage production crew and Greenroom staff
  • Ensure band members have required items for performance
  • Supervise load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental equipment
  • Document disciplinary issues and report to Production Manager
  • Execute settlement per contract with artists post-show
  • Enforce in-house policies regarding staging, safety, and show protocol

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
  • Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to make clear, concise decisions with limited information
  • Computer literate in Windows applications
  • Superior interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Degree

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs
  • Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level
