As a Technical Director, you'll be responsible for leading our engineering efforts, driving technical vision and strategy, and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive technical vision and strategy for the game
- Lead engineering efforts to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of art, design, and engineering components
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow professionally

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on technical leadership
- Strong understanding of game engines, such as Unreal Engine 5
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
