Position Summary:

The Guest Ambassador plays a crucial role in ensuring a remarkable experience for all visitors to the Vision Center campus. This position is focused on fostering customer relationships and delivering exceptional service by embodying our Service Essentials. The role may require flexibility in work locations across various campus offices.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of overtime and occasional weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers and visitors at the Flight Center.
  • Engage proactively with guests, anticipating their needs.
  • Process fuel orders and manage billing efficiently.
  • Transport customers between various buildings on the Cirrus campus.
  • Provide support to Guest Ambassadors at other locations as necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks, transferring information to our SalesForce system.
  • Maintain the Patriot Act sign-in log for all visitors.
  • Ensure common areas are organized, stocked, and clean.
  • Promote and energize the Cirrus Service Essentials.
  • Respond promptly to guests' needs and strive for service excellence.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality.
  • Exhibit professionalism and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
