Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our dynamic team at V3 Companies Ltd.

About the Role

As a Civil Designer, you will be responsible for designing land development and infrastructure projects, including stormwater, sanitary systems, roads, and utilities. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver a wide range of private and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop civil engineering projects, including stormwater management systems, sanitary sewer systems, and road infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Prepare reports, design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Assist with civil and environmental permits and approvals.
  • Work with teams to analyze and design projects impacted by or intentionally engaging with streams, floodplains, wetlands, and other water resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 5-10 years of related experience.
  • PE licensure (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS, and MicroStation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with modeling/design tools (HEC-RAS, TR-20, XPSWMM) (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling/design tools (preferred).
