Key Responsibilities:
  • Review construction documents for completeness, constructability, and adherence to our Residential Design Standards.
  • Collaborate with our vertical design team to create the overall vision and aesthetic of our properties.

  • Assist in plan reviews, identify constructability issues, and provide cost-effective, aesthetically pleasing solutions.
  • Maintain our Residential Design Guidelines Manual and ensure all project documentation is up to date and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Advanced computer skills (AutoCAD preferred), a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in a design firm.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans, manage multiple tasks, and stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for project needs.
