Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Architect at Omni Inclusive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven interactive experiences to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing the data architecture strategy with the technology and platform teams. You will lead discovery, conceptualization, and selecting architecture opportunities, providing technical expertise to solve complex business issues. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable and streamlined data pipelines to address key business use cases and meet data SLA requirements. You will also ensure all deliverables are high quality by setting development standards, adhering to standards, and participating in code reviews. Additionally, you will participate in integrated validation and analysis sessions of components and subsystems on production servers and mentor, support, and manage team members. You will leverage industry best insights and emerging architecture patterns gained via a network of telco and domain peers.

Requirements:

Expertise in data modeling, implementing streaming analytics data pipelines, implementing stored procedures, and standard DWH and ETL concepts
Proven track record of successfully building data-driven solutions using integration, big-data processing, and database and storage technologies
Experience establishing data quality processes, performing data analysis, participating in technology implementation planning, and implementing data integration processes
Experience in architecting data pipelines and solutions for both streaming and batch integrations using tools/frameworks like Lambda, Google Cloud DataFlow, Azure Data Factory, Spark, Spark Streaming, Flink, etc.
Experience in data migration, developing DBT models to transform data into useful, actionable information
Expertise in designing ETL frameworks with several years of hands-on experience in implementing several aspects of data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, data quality checks, monitoring, alerts, notifications, etc.
Experience with enterprise cloud economics
Understanding of enterprise data management concepts (Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Sharing, Data Applications)
Hands-on expertise with SQL and SQL analytics, Cassandra
Industry benchmarking experience in major industries such as Telco

Must-Have Skills:
Java microservices, Python

Preferred Qualifications:

Good understanding of various telco data domains like consumer, finance, network, products, etc.
Knowledge of data architecture and design patterns
Strong experience in Data Architecture Governance and Data DevOps practices
Hands-on experience in performing data architectural assessments, crafting data architectural options and analysis, finalizing a preferred solution working closely with technology and business partners
7-10 years' experience working in solutions design, hands-on building data platforms in cloud ecosystems, on-prem, hybrid cloud, including near real-time data collection, data lake scaling/optimization, warehousing, event processing, data cataloging, and data observability in alignment with strategic technology roadmap and emerging industry trends
7-10 years' progressive experience in software engineering/enterprise architecture/technology leadership across multiple products, systems, and/or platforms coupled with strong business acumen and executive presence
