Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to design and implement effective pain management programs
- Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up care to ensure safe and effective treatment
- Develop and lead educational programs to promote quality care and adherence to clinical guidelines
- Work closely with community resources to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Nurse Practitioner: NYS License, National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, Master's degree in Nursing or completion of a Nurse Practitioner course, and minimum one year of pain management experience
- Physician Assistant: NYS License, National Board Certification as a Physician Assistant, Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, and minimum one year of pain management experience
- Chronic Pain Management certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR
