Job Summary

The CNA will assist patients with daily activities, provide basic nursing care, and maintain a safe and clean environment under the supervision of the Nursing Team Leader or Registered Nurse in charge. This role requires effective communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Implement directions from nursing staff and physicians
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
  • Perform admission duties and ensure accurate patient information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current unrestricted Wyoming CNA License
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum six months of related work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range:

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
