In this position, you will thrive in a dynamic and health-focused work environment while fostering value-driven relationships that enhance member loyalty and support them in achieving their wellness goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesActs as the primary point of contact for members and visitors.
Handles and directs incoming phone inquiries from members and guests.
Keeps current knowledge to effectively inform all members and guests about club programs, events, pricing, and policies.
Demonstrates a hospitality-oriented approach to cultivate relationships with members and guests, consistently creating remarkable experiences.
Assists members with transactions and general account modifications.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of customer service or reception experience.
Completion of Concierge Certification upon hiring.
Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Commitment to serving others.
Strong communication skills.
Enthusiasm for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Must possess effective verbal communication skills.
Must be able to stand for 4 hours continuously.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Compensation
This is an hourly position with pay starting at $15.50 and reaching up to $19.25, depending on experience and qualifications.
