Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Education Instructor to join our team at Northeast Community College. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in basic skills, English as a Second Language, and career pathways to students in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in basic skills, English as a Second Language, and career pathways to students in Wakefield

• Manage student hours, intake, inquiries, and student registration

• Conduct pre-and post-assessments and retention efforts

• Adhere to Federal and State Adult Education regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Adult teaching experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of computers

• Ability to learn and operate computer-based learning programs

• Dedicated to student success and able to work with non-traditional and culturally diverse learners
