Job Description

This full-time position involves working as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our patients to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patient needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing customized therapy plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • An associate degree from an accredited school of occupational therapy
  • A valid license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Texas
  • CPR certification

In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our patients and interdisciplinary teams.
