Job Overview

We are looking for committed customer account specialists to support our client.

Compensation: $21 - must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher

Work Environment: Onsite position – candidates must reside within a specified distance.

Work Schedule: Flexibility required for both shifts

Monday-Friday

  • 3 days per week 8:00am-5:00pm
  • 2 days per week 11:00am-8:00pm
  • (Overtime may be required on select Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications
  • Facilitate payment processing and account settlements
  • Complete various tasks as directed
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and policies
  • Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction metrics
  • Ideal for individuals seeking entry-level roles in Customer Service, Account Management, or Finance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Must reside within the specified distance (No exceptions)
