Job Summary

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team at a large manufacturing facility in Franklin, Indiana. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machines, storing finished products, performing quality inspections, and welding.

Responsibilities

Operating machines and ensuring they are functioning correctly according to customer specifications

Storing finished products in the warehouse and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards

Welding and other tasks as required

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Forklift certification is a plus, but training will be provided

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Work Environment

This facility is very clean but can get loud and hot in some areas depending on the department. The facility is expanding, with plans to build additional warehouse space and install new production lines.
