As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic and corporate finance functions of our organization. Your expertise in data analytics will be vital in steering financial and operational decisions that drive our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance a comprehensive, long-term financial model that reflects the operational dynamics of the business, including sensitivity analyses to various internal and external factors.
  • Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to support their operational objectives and drive performance.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting, including analysis of headcount, capacity, and expenses.
  • Prepare and present detailed reporting packages on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, analyzing performance against budget and prior results.
  • Conduct in-depth portfolio analyses to assess financial performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide insights through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders that communicate the financial status and performance of the organization.
  • Assist in corporate finance initiatives, including negotiations with financial partners and potential mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications

We encourage candidates who possess the following qualifications to consider this opportunity:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate finance role, with a preference for candidates with a background in financial services.
  • 2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of financial processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills, particularly in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Proficiency in creating complex financial models and utilizing valuation methodologies.
