Company Overview

Our containers enable efficient goods transportation across various modes, including maritime, rail, and road. We focus on long-term leasing agreements with prominent shipping firms. We are currently in search of a proficient Business Systems Analyst to enhance our operations. This role encompasses the functions of a Business Process Analyst, Integrator, and Application Support Specialist.

Objective

The primary aim is to boost efficiency and encourage innovation by transforming, maintaining, and implementing business systems and processes.

  • Transformation: Evaluate and redesign business processes and systems to adopt new strategies, optimize operations, and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintenance: Oversee the preservation of existing platforms and solutions, including SQL Server, QlikSense (BI), and integrations among various business and accounting systems.
  • Implementation: Lead the initiation of new projects related to Data Management, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Analytics through active participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to collect, categorize, and assess business system requirements.
  • Operational Enhancement: Identify and evaluate opportunities for operational improvements by utilizing advanced systems, services, and processes.
  • Project Leadership: Manage project implementations as a technical lead, manager, or team member.
  • Standards Development: Develop and promote comprehensive standards and procedures to adapt to the evolving business environment.
  • System Design and Support: Actively participate in system design, deployment, and maintenance, covering technical tasks, client interactions, and project resource coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in MSSQL and BI/Analytic systems.
  • Experience in building data warehouses/data marts is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with QlikSense, Lawson, FSM, and Rental4000 is advantageous.

Implementation Skills

  • Proven experience in the end-to-end implementation of business systems and process enhancements.

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in both business and technical contexts.

Education and Experience

  • Professional Experience: At least 6 years in similar roles.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related technical discipline.
