Our Field Service Specialists are equipped with a company vehicle and all essential tools to perform their duties effectively. We also supply uniforms, ensuring you are well-prepared for your work environment.

The total compensation package includes a competitive base salary with the potential for bonuses, along with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect customers to their desired services by installing service drops or outlets in residential and commercial settings.
  • Utilize electronic testing equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service drops or outlets, ensuring optimal reception performance.
  • Maintain proper signal levels at each termination point on the customer's premises.
  • Proactively recommend service upgrades and educate customers on their equipment.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support our mission and uphold our brand principles.
Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions effectively to customers.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces, lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
  • At least 3 months of customer service experience or relevant training; equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential to meet customer needs.
