The QST Supervisor role is based in the New England region, covering Bedford, NH and Brattleboro, VT. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will support the quality, safety, and training functions, driving success through effective coaching, training, and motivation.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead technical training programs, develop training materials, and execute sessions, webinars, and workshops for both new and experienced employees.
  • You will be responsible for conducting onboarding presentations, instructing technical courses, tailgate meetings, and arranging on-site training as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Coach, train, and motivate individuals for success using established technical training programs.
  2. Prepare comprehensive training materials, including labs, presentations, worksheets, and other resources.
  3. Execute training sessions, webinars, and workshops, adapting to individual learning needs.
  4. Host safety briefs and tailgate meetings to ensure employee well-being.
  5. Arrange and conduct on-site training when required, maintaining accurate records of completed courses and absences.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven technical expertise in FTTH systems, installation, and repair.
  • Familiarity with safety rules and OSHA regulations.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a team management role.
  • Knowledge of training techniques and tools within the industry.
  • Ability to identify and address specific training needs, providing constructive feedback.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with comfort speaking to groups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time salary-based position, offering highly competitive pay and a range of benefits, including health insurance, vision and dental coverage, PTO, and 401(k) retirement plan. We prioritize growth opportunities, recognizing that our people are our greatest asset. The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience.
