Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Implementation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating customer needs and developing configurations that support their workload and workflow.
  • Testing and troubleshooting final system setups.
  • Providing training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Building long-term strategic partnerships with Integrated Healthcare Networks (IHNs) to position clinical value and promote menu expansion.
  • Performing product demonstrations and aiding in scoping projects.
  • Participating in seminars, workshops, and convention exhibit activities as requested by Management.

In addition, you will act as a resource for local Account Consultants (ACs) and Clinical Applications Managers (CAMs) on software and hardware solutions, coordinate instrument go-live processes with internal and customer stakeholders, and manage and control expense budgets.
