  • Provide guidance and supervision to other leads and serve as a mentor to less experienced engineers, including performance appraisal input and counseling
  • Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to complex problems in accordance with organizational and project objectives and guidelines
  • May require travel to attend to business-related matters
  • Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
