As a Patient Care Coordinator in our Lake Success, NY office, you'll play a vital role in supporting our care teams and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients with signing in and completing registration
  • Entering and scanning patient demographic and insurance information into Epic
  • Answering incoming phone calls in a courteous and prompt manner
  • Coordinating follow-up care for patients and sending patient records to primary care physicians

Requirements include:

  • 1+ years of experience working in medical front office or urgent care positions
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience working with electronic health records (Epic)
  • Knowledge of medical terms and insurance carriers

New York residents are eligible for an hourly rate of $16.55 per hour.
