Critter Control is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager Trainee to join our team. As a District Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for preparing for the role of a District Manager, leading a team of wildlife operations professionals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to company policies, state and federal laws, and industry regulations.
- Train and develop subordinates in wildlife biology, entomology, administration, and other relevant areas.
- Manage field staff, control expenses, and establish a system for approval and monitoring.
- Develop and implement effective route management and growth strategies.
- Recruit and hire new talent, and provide ongoing education and training.
- Provide outstanding customer service, resolve customer issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma required; four-year degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years management experience in sales, military, or a related field.
- Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
- Ability to reside or relocate to the assigned region.
- Highly competitive compensation package ($50,000 - $58,000 annually).
