HVAC Maintenance Specialist

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is a 90-acre continuing care retirement community located in Peabody, Massachusetts.
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team of Engineering and Maintenance Professionals. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, refrigeration, PRV valves, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water systems, and building automation systems.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC service and hold current EPA certification to handle refrigerants. You will also be required to possess a valid Driver's license and maintain a safe driving history.
A competitive salary of $29/hour commensurate with experience, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus, is offered to the successful candidate.
In addition to your technical skills and qualifications, you will need to be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
