Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at the ARC36 location in Dekalb, IL. As a key member of our donation center team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our donors.

• Donation Processing: Receive and process donations from donors, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all materials.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
• Donation Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized donation area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for donors.
• Security and Operations: Safeguard materials and track donations, ensuring accurate and secure handling of all donations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with donors, providing information on acceptable and unacceptable donations, as well as our home pick-up service.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

• Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
